Mill Adventure Base 2018

Sunday’s trip was a true adventure, and not one for the feint hearted! A group of brave Phab Nottingham members ventured out to The Mill Adventure Base in Sutton-in-Ashfield, for a fun-filled day of activities…

The day was split into two parts, of water and land activities. On the water, we excitedly got into our canoes and got paddling. Some (rather competitive) ball games and races later, we said farewell to our life vests and headed out of the water.

One of the most impressive skills showcased by our members was definitely archery- watch out Robin Hood! The aim, concentration and techniques we saw were excellent… and the same goes for our rock climbers. Those who have no fear of heights, or speed, also braved the zip-line. It’s safe to say, all of us at Phab were so tired from such a non-stop day!

We would like to give a special shout-out to our Young Leaders on this trip, Willow and Henry. They did an amazing job in their leadership roles, and Willow took some amazing photographs for us! You can see some of the photos below, just after the main trip photographs.

Thanks so much to everyone who took part, and we can’t wait for our next trip. See you soon!
