Mill Adventure Base (June 2014)

Taking to the water on a sunny Sunday, we learnt to sail, kayak and canoe. For some it was a relaxing afternoon spent breezing through the lake, for others, an oppertunity to learn new skills, race eachother for the highly sought-after title of best canoe (Ben Ainslie watch out!) and even jump into the lake for the more brave amongst us! The kayak catamaran proved to be very popular, with 2 kayaks attached to each other. All in all, it was a great day out, with new skills learnt and much fun had by all. What a great way to end the academic year, and who knows, maybe this is the start of a long kayaking career for our intrepid sailors? Rio 2016 here phab comes!
